1.  Food Cart/Trailer Guidelines:

  • Attractive clean Cart or Trailer in good condition
  • Carts must fill water tanks when needed, and cannot keep water lines connected between refills
  • Carts will provide their own electrical adaptors if needed for operation
  • Post menu and hours of operation in prominent location at Cart
  • Clean up at beginning and end of each day
  • Maintain a set schedule of open and closed hours with minimum of 4 days open a week.
  • Post menus, services, and hours of operation at site and on web site, or on social network site such as twitter and facebook
  • Cart to have awning if possible
  • Have cell phone on site for communication when needed
  • Be aware of site evacuation plan
  • Location assignment made, but may be changed by Noshery management.
  • Monthly rent  is payable in advance
  • Water/Sewer/Overhead security lights/Landscaping cost will be prorated per month
  • Secure own site after closing
  • Must provide proof of liability insurance before Cart is brought on the lot
  • One years’ lease preferred

2. Food Service Guidelines:

  • Must use recyclable or compostable serving containers
  • Utilize Local & Organic food sources whenever possible
  • Leftover food to go to compost or Food Bank programs

3.  Waste Management Guidelines:

  • Compost & recycle most garbage
  • Garbage collection will be combined with other food carts & fee pro-rated
  • Carts responsible for clean up around assigned site before, during & after hours
